Job Summary: Responsibilities: * Support the implementation of Nestle Health Science USA's People Strategy by assisting with processes that help attract, develop, and retain employees. Recruitment * Coordinate hourly and salaried hiring activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding support. Performance & Talent Management * Help maintain performance and talent management systems by supporting goal setting, development planning, and performance tracking. Employee/Labor Relations * Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed to the Facility HR Manager. Compliance * Support HR compliance efforts by helping track safety goals and people-related initiatives. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field preferred.
