A Day In The Life
The Fixed Operations Marketing and Incentives Specialist, under the leadership of the Manager, FO Marketing and Incentives, will support the actions of the GST Field Team, alongside internal Fixed Operations associates, key Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) Fixed Operations associates, affiliated companies (GSFS), and other essential external partners. The FO Marketing and Incentives Specialist will assist in the execution of our growth strategy within fixed operations.

As a Fixed Operations Marketing and Incentives Specialist you will:

  • Assist with Service and Parts business analytics to track performance and identify business opportunities in support of DSPM execution of the consultative model
  • Tracking and analysis of GST service incentive programs, marketing efforts, and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to DSPM RYOs, Regional incentives, TMNA incentives, and ASM/technician training effectiveness
  • Tracking and analysis of GST Parts incentive programs, marketing efforts, wholesale programs, and E commerce programs (TPCO)
  • Support Manager, FO Marketing and Incentives in communication and administration of all fixed operations related contests and incentives
  • Assist FOFDs and DSPMs in ad hoc performance deep dives. This can include analysis of dealer performance as well as participation in SWOT activities at dealerships
  • Immersion in all Fixed Operations marketing functions
  • Tracking and analysis of key GST retention drivers to support "Fast, Transparent, and Feel Good". This includes but is not limited to TLE Top Impact, ToyotaCare Redemption, Time Waiting, Missed Opportunities, cXi quantitative and qualitative analysis, and Service Connect RO conversion
  • As we vet technology partners to help support drive to achieve FO goals, analyze performance results to help determine go forward plans
  • Travel to dealerships as necessary with field or office team
  • Perform other duties as assigned, i.e., organizing, setting-up, attending meetings, making presentations, both internally and to dealers, participating in joint fixed operations duties to assist growth and development of GST dealers
  • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures
  • Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree Pref
  • 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to communicate effectively - orally and in writing
  • Possess excellent analytical ability - able to drive decisions with data
  • Has a customer and dealer focus; ability to assist dealers to meet customer demands
  • Able to promote, coordinate, and support change
  • Demonstrate teambuilding, leadership, planning and coordinating skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer software: word, excel, and power point
  • Detail Oriented Detail Oriented is the capacity of an individual to pay close attention to details to produce high-quality and accurate work. Intermediate-Advanced Required
  • Customer Relationship Management Develops, implements, or follows the organization's guidelines and practices when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience and to retain, grow, or generate new business. Awareness-Developing Required
  • Interpersonal Communications Intermediate-Advanced Required
  • Influencing Skills Intermediate-Advanced Required

Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
