Job Description

SUMMARY:

In depth knowledge of the overall department and its interaction with the Trust Administration and Investment Departments. Exhibits effective problem-solving skills in a variety of areas with the ability to provide consistent performance in the preparation of professionally prepared and very accurate work in a timely basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enters and posts in theTrust Accounting System for Federal Reserve trades on a daily basis.

Transmits, prices, confirms, affirms, settles and balances mutual funds for Trust and Employee Benefit Accounts on a daily basis within the Trust Accounting System.

Updates daily factors for the WesMark Funds, Premium Yield and Federated Money Market & Mutual Funds on a daily basis in the Trust Accounting System.

Changes the cash/reinvest status of mutual funds in Fidelity Wealth Central application.

Runs pricing function in Trust Accounting System and confirms completion on a daily basis.

Initiates through Fidelity Wealth Central or Depository Trust Co. and follows through the transfer of accounts incoming and outgoing.

Pledges and releases collateral at the Federal Reserve via FedLine application.

Maintains and updates pledging and safekeeping records within the banks portfolio investment accounting system.

Processes on a monthly basis functions in the Trust Accounting System for Scorecards.

May, from time to time, be assigned other job duties or responsibilities without prior notice.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to bank employees and bank customers.

Ability to complete basic bookkeeping functions.

Ability to handle detailed work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to handle reconcilement duties.

Must be able to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.

Ability to learn software programs.
