The Director of Special Projects, Content will report directly to the Executive Director, Literacy Curriculum, Elementary, and will play a critical role in leading and managing initiatives that align with Amplify's elementary core literacy products in both English and Spanish. The Director of Special Projects will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing projects that enhance product offerings, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic goals. They will partner closely with product and project management in planning these projects. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of educational curricula, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
