Ingram Content Group (ICG)is on the lookout for a dynamicProject Managerto join our innovative team in La Vergne, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage business operations projects from start to finish, driving efficiencies and improvements across the board. As a key player in our team, you will support cross-functional initiatives that make a real impact on our printing and distribution business.

In this role, you will be a primary liaison between the Business Operations team and various cross-functional teams, with a special focus on backend systems and website services. You will work closely with product, sales, and management teams to ensure that key projects are completed on time and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or directly related year for year experience.
  • 3 years' experience leading projects, managing internal and external business relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Book industry background or experience
  • Technology background or experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives project management best practices to support cross team collaboration and coordination for integrating products & services.
  • Helps to define the scope of projects managed by the Business Operations team with internal stakeholders & develops procedures to fully integrate these projects to completion.
  • Manages, incorporates, and communicates process improvements and enhancements to workflows, timelines, or changes to the Business Operations team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manages the creation and execution of project trackers and task-level assignments to ensure timely completion by relevant stakeholders across departments.
  • Identifies, researches, and integrates tools for effective project management.
  • In coordination with Sr. Manager, establishes project metrics and KPIs for effective measurement of project success.
  • Tracks project milestones; provides basic project analysis and documents progress throughout the project.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge on current project management workflows and best practices.
  • Diplomatically guides and leads a cross department/business project team
  • Incorporates and communicates any process improvements and enhancements to workflows, timelines, or changes to the platform & services.
  • Identifies, researches, & provides critical consideration to potential new products and services that promote long-term growth of the websites and systems supported by the Business Operations team.
  • Stays abreast of project management products, trends, and considerations to ensure project success for the Business Operations team

Hiring Salary Range:$72,895k-$92,168k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
