Key Duties:




  • Work with AP, AR, and users to meet monthly closing deadlines.
  • Process cash deposits and reconcile credit card transactions from parts sales.
  • Provide monthly parts inventory, UST fuel level, and other reports to Accounting.
  • Submit applications for IRP, IFTA, DOT and other compliance agencies, and acquire certificates, plates, and registrations for fleet equipment as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining records to meet regulatory compliance for FMCSA, DOT, DEQ, PHMSA, UCR, and other agencies.
  • Monitor the Compliance Checklist and assist in renewing applications as needed.
  • Update and maintain employee time in Dayforce, employee records, status of compliance requirements, and submit for reimbursement of eligible PPE.
  • Prepare and process documents for the purchase and sales of equipment.
  • Update and maintain an accurate fleet inventory worksheet for Legal and others.
  • Monitor MSA status of contractors commonly used by the Maintenance Department.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and order as needed.



Required Skills, Experience, and Education:




  • High school diploma or GED, associate's or degree or better preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and conscientious.
  • Proactive in analyzing issues and solving problems.
  • Willing to take on new responsibilities and learn new processes.
