Job Title: Laboratory Technician 1 Location(s): Tarrytown, NY Job Description: Glassware washing and laboratory support is an essential function for the Tarrytown Site. It will be filled by a part time contractor for 3 days a week, 8 hours a day. Lab Technician I Role: The Lab Technician I will be the laboratory support for the assay development R&D Labs. Their responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Glassware washing Collecting dirty glassware from the labs Operating and maintaining the glassware washers Stocking the labs with cleaned glassware Keeping the glassware washing room neat and tidy Lab Support Log books for Water systems. Satellite waste checking. Replacement of biohazard waste bins in labs. Clean up lab benches and shelving. Lab Cleanliness. Lab walkthroughs to escalate issues as needed. Supplier Point of Contact Work with Cintas to ensure all labs are properly stocked with lab coats, keeping inventory and cost to a minimum. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
