Overview
The Security Operations Center Dispatcher supports all properties and work locations in preparedness, response, and recovery from both routine and emergency incidents. Also tracks incoming calls and dispatches aid according to need. They maintain constant communication with security personnel, managing the flow of information to ensure timely and effective responses to routine and emergency calls for service. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent. One year of dispatching experience preferred. Basic computer skills required (e.g. Word/Outlook/Excel). A working knowledge of computer systems is essential. A basic understanding of healthcare security concepts is necessary. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions. Must have reliable transportation. This position requires occasional climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, kneeling, balancing, twisting, push/pull, lift/carry, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
