  Receive incoming materials and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders

  Inspect goods for damage, discrepancies, or missing parts and report as needed

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate domestic and international shipments with accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain detailed shipping records, tracking info, and inventory status

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and program teams to meet tight shipping deadlines

  
  
• 
  

  Keep the shipping/receiving area organized, clean, and safe

  
  
• 
  

  Track inventory of hardware, materials, and supplies using internal systems

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure compliance with export control regulations and internal procedures

  
  
• 
  

  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (we'll train you if needed)

  
  

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  
• 
  

  2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and basic inventory or ERP software

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

  
  
• 
  

  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and accuracy

  
  
• 
  

  Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

  
  

•
