What You'll Do:

• Lead Strategy & Execution: Own the GT product line strategy, from market analysis to go-to-market execution.
• Drive Digital Innovation: Spearhead digital marketing initiatives-SEO, social media, CRM (Salesforce.com), online tools, and more.
• Champion the Customer: Be the voice of the customer, translating insights into product innovation and service excellence.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to bring new products to life and deliver value.
• Own the Product Lifecycle: From ideation to launch to retirement, manage every stage with precision and purpose.
• Deliver Results: Monitor performance, optimize pricing and margins, and lead with data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA a plus)
• 4-6 years in marketing, digital strategy, or product management (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong digital marketing chops-web, SEO, email, content, CRM, and analytics
• Experience with tools like Salesforce.com, product configurators, and customer portals
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Industry experience in heat exchangers? That's a big plus.
