Job Description We are seeking a Senior Communications Analyst to implement, maintain and troubleshoot communications systems for all Company locations; in addition, provide integration and consulting services to all internal departments and systems; as well as provide support for communication processes. Responsibilities 1. Data communications monitoring, reporting and capacity management 2. Monitor and maintain network management and file transfer tools 3. Provide 2nd level data communication support and problem resolution 4. Provide data communication architecture planning and implementation 5. Assist and provide backup for Voice Communications Analysts with voice/data integration 6. Implement and maintain site-to-site VPN 7. Evaluate communications related hardware and software 8. Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and business recovery procedures 9. Review, audit, and ensure the accuracy of all communications invoices 10. Provide project management for communications implementations. Qualifications 1. Seasoned mainline Cisco routing and switching architectures 2. WAN and LAN implementation and troubleshooting 3. Strong network management and documentation skills 4. Microsoft Office fluency (Visio, Excel, Word, etc.) 5. Cleo VLTrader administration (Enterprise file transfer and As/2) 6. Cisco VoIP - CUCM, CUC, CUPS, etc. 7. Cisco Wireless LAN 8. Cisco Security - Client, ASA, FirePOWER, etc. 9. Cisco Network Management Platform - Prime Infrastructure, WLC, NetFlow, Nagios 10. High school diploma or equivalent required - college degree preferred 11. Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning,, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications environments 12. Experience with network disaster recovery implementations. | |
