Job Description

*This is an onsite position at the client site*

*Position is contingent on contract award*

Ridgeline is hiring a mission-focused Implementation Manager to play a critical role in the successful deployment of Ridgeline solutions within government systems. As the on-site lead for system implementation, training, and technical coordination, you'll act as the second point of contact for the program, directly supporting the customer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and cross-functional stakeholders.

This position requires an experienced professional with strong technical acumen, the ability to build rapport across teams, and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to project execution in a high-security environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support the seamless implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and customer requirements.
  • Deliver structured, site-specific training to maximize user adoption and proficiency.
  • Serve as the primary on-site technical resource, providing expert troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to drive integrated project coordination and reporting.
  • Conduct proactive site assessments to identify implementation risks and recommend mitigations.
  • Maintain an on-site presence during core business hours to enable fast issue resolution, foster communication, and support high system uptime.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months:

  • Complete full onboarding and configuration of the system with minimal disruption.
  • Deliver training to all key end-users, confirmed by user readiness assessments.
  • Establish a strong rapport with the customer and stakeholders, becoming a trusted technical advisor.
  • Resolve initial implementation challenges with measurable improvements in response time and system stability.
Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Proven experience in system implementation, ideally in government or high-security environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems and coordinating cross-team efforts
  • Experience delivering user training in a technical setting

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
  • Constantly work with computers and other information technology equipment
