This role delivers direct nursing care across a variety of specialty clinics, supporting services like Urology, OB/GYN, and Neurology. As a float RN, you'll assist providers with exams and procedures, manage triage, and guide patients through care plans. You'll often move between clinics based on daily staffing needs and patient volumes, requiring a high level of flexibility. Collaboration is key-you'll coordinate with physicians, specialty teams, and community partners to ensure seamless patient care. While the pace is fast and priorities can shift quickly, your ability to stay organized and proactive will be essential.
