Job Summary

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for organization, operations, and team success? As ourWarehouse Manager, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain-overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that every product moves smoothly from shelf to shipment.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the Floor: Manage inventory, product distribution, and turnover to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set the Standard: Maintain high levels of quality, cleanliness, merchandising, and customer service while enforcing company policies and programs.
  • Optimize Operations: Analyze service frequencies and adjust workflows to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Empower the Team: Plan staffing structures, manage schedules, and control overtime to ensure daily coverage and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or related experience
  • Background in warehouse operations, facilities maintenance, support services, military, or housekeeping
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to interpret operational documents
  • Excellent written communication skills for reports and business correspondence
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Union experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general digital literacy
