Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Mail Processor Lead in Fife, WA. If you have warehouse experience and leadership skills, this is your chance to step into a role where you'll guide a hardworking team, ensure smooth operations, and keep things moving efficiently.

Pay Rate:

$22.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Oversee daily operations in the mail processing warehouse
  • Lead and support a team of mail processors, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
  • Organize and process incoming and outgoing mail shipments
  • Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training as needed
  • Operate sorting machines and manage package handling duties
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
  • Troubleshoot processing issues and coordinate with supervisors as needed



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior warehouse or mailroom experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to operate mail processing equipment and follow safety protocols
