Claremont, CA Job Posting Title: Admission CounselorJob Description: Cover letters are required to be considered for this position PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Associate Director of Admission, the Admission Counselor assists with admission recruitment, outreach, and application review. This position is campus-based and may include some remote work. Program coordination responsibilities will be determined based on the needs of the office. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in higher education is preferred. LICENSES / CERTIFICATES: Must have the ability to safely drive as needed; the candidate's DMV record must meet the College's automobile liability insurance company's requirements. OTHER: HOURS & CLASSIFICATION AND STATUS: This is a regular status, full-time, 12-month, exempt, benefits-eligible position. The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Hours may vary and include night and weekends based on needs of the College or department. Salary rate range: $68,640.00-$72,720.00 annualized. The salary rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be sent based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, speciality, and training. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None.
