Position Description


Primary Purpose and Essential Functions
The University of the Pacific, Eberhardt School of Business invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position in Marketing beginning in Fall 2025.

The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and MBA level courses in introductory Marketing, as well as advanced elective courses in at least one specialty area, such as Marketing Research or Marketing Analytics. The duties associated with the position include a five-course teaching load per year and service commitments.

A consistent scholarly research is expected and rewarded.

Minimum Qualifications

  • An earned doctorate or equivalent.
  • Proven teaching and published scholarly research record is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
  • Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
