Join our team as a Leasing Sales Specialist!

The Leasing Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping the first impression of the property. This role focuses on leading property tours for prospective residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and showcasing the community's lifestyle and value. You'll blend hospitality with strategic sales tactics to convert prospects into residents. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-centered environment and excels at communicating features that align with prospects' needs.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed, a passion for connecting with people, and the ability to learn quickly. Experience in sales, marketing, and hospitality is a strong plus, but a driven mindset and motivation matter most!

Essential Responsibilities



  • Lead personalized property tours that align community features with prospect needs.


  • Highlight community features, amenities, and benefits tailored to the prospects.


  • Meet and exceed leasing goals, providing regular insights on pricing, trends, and competitor activity.


  • Coordinate schedules with the Leasing Experience Coordinators to manage tour appointments.


  • Provide timely responses to inquiries and follow up consistently


  • Maintain the cleanliness of community tour paths, amenities, and units to ensure a positive appearance.


  • Gather prospective resident information and proactively engage and follow up through phone calls, text messages, and email communication to drive conversions.


  • Maintain a warm, professional environment and 5-star customer service throughout the prospect journey.



Qualifications & Abilities



  • Strong people skills with a sales-first mindset and goal-oriented attitude


  • Highly motivated by goals, quotas, and bonuses with a strong desire to be a top performer


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport quickly


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.


  • Ability to physically access all community areas.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Valid driver's license for property operations and local travel (if required).



Working Conditions:



  • Employees work in an office environment but also may have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.


Physical Demands:



  • Employees must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities.
  • Employees must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
  • Routine local travel may be required to make business meetings, attend training classes, conferences, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.


Required Licenses or Certifications:



  • Employees must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
  • Employees must have valid driver's license to drive while visiting property.
