Job Summary The Treasury Director will be tasked with helping to manage a global portfolio of xScale development financings, lead the execution of new financings, and represent the Treasury function in the corporate structuring of new ventures. This includes preparing analyses and recommendations to optimize the venture's debt, as well as analyzing, structuring, and executing financing initiatives. The Treasury Director will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and energetic team culture, as well as developing junior resources and allocating them efficiently and effectively to various projects. This position is a leadership role within the Finance organization and will involve regular collaboration with the CFO and other key finance leaders. The position has a dual reporting line to the Corporate Treasurer and to the VP, Finance, xScale. The successful candidate will lead a growing team (currently 4 FTEs + an intern) of finance professionals globally. The role can be based at Equinix HQ in Redwood City, CA, or in Toronto, Canada.
