Stay-On Bonus: $3000.00

• $500 paid after 60 days
• $750 paid after 6 months
• $1750 paid after 12 months

Compensation:
The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $27.64 to $34.00 based on experience, + Night Shift Differential. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday 5am to 5pm, and every other Wednesday 5am to 5pm. (Or) Thursday-Saturday 5am to 5pm, and every other Wednesday 5am to 5pm.
Required: Industrial Maintenance Experience
Required: Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle.

Under direction, perform all maintenance functions, including but not limited to online and offline boiler tube cleaning, repair boiler tube cleaning equipment, and other preventative maintenance tasks.

*Assist Lead Maintenance Technician in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment when needed.
* Operate equipment to clean fire tube boiler. Maintain and repair boiler tube cleaning equipment.
* Ensures that repairs are performed properly in the shortest amount of time possible to maintain the highest level of operational readiness.
* Performs preventive and scheduled maintenance on a daily basis on a variety of machinery within the plant. This machinery includes:
* fire tube boiler and ancillary equipment, steam delivery systems, water softeners and other water treatment equipment, air handling equipment, commercial washers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and conveyor systems.
* incinerator process equipment/systems maintenance, including burners, CEMs , high temperature refractory, controls, PLC, combustion air blowers, pressure controls and conveyance systems.
* steam turbine and electrical generator systems.
* air pollution control devices, to include bag houses, evaporative coolers, acid absorbers, and carbon beds.
* general air pneumatics, including air compressor, regulators, solenoid valves, 2-way and 3-way valve, tubing installation, pneumatic pumps and related systems.
* Performs any general work or other assignments necessary to ensure a safe, clean, healthy and efficient facility and vigorously support Stericycle's commitment to Safety.
* Documents results through completed work orders based on schedule and priority or as required.
* Performs other related duties as required or requested.

* Education equivalent to associate's degree from two-year college or technical school, or the equivalent in related work experience.
* One or more years related experience and/or training, demonstrating the ability to identify and perform repairs that are needed and to assure scheduled production run.
* Must have experience with the use of forklifts, man-lifts, and various rigging equipment in the performance of maintenance activities.
* Pipe Fitter or Boiler Maker experience is helpful.
* Must have experience with the performance of lockout/tag out and permit confined space programs related to maintenance activities.
* Prior experience with general air pneumatics, including air compressor operation and maintenance, regulator replacement, solenoid valve replacement, 2-way and 3-way valve, tubing installation, pneumatic pumps and general system troubleshooting is helpful.
* Demonstrates the ability to use all power tools associated with metal machining to include: power drills, chop saws, reciprocating saw, grinder and pneumatic hammers.
