The Program Manager will support the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of the North America food program for a major Fortune 5 global client. This role is focused on tactical operations, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders-including vendors, facilities, legal, and procurement-to implement program initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience across multiple sites. You will be responsible for coordinating activities across teams, tracking performance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth program delivery. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment with professionalism and attention to detail. The Program Manager reports to an E15 Area Lead and plays a critical role in the on-the-ground execution of client objectives. Minimal travel is required for this position.
