Our housekeeping and laundry team plays a vital role in keeping our hotel safe, welcoming, and impeccably maintained for every guest. The Embassy is looking for a part-time or full-time Laundry Attendant who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring linens and garments are cleaned, fresh, and ready to meet the highest standards of quality and care.

The Embassy by Rockford Riverfront is a contemporary all-suite hotel located in the heart of downtown Rockford, featuring 160 two-room suites with riverfront views. Guests enjoy top-tier amenities including a pool, fitness center, conference facilities, and two on-site restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing:

Remove used linens from guest rooms when needed
Collect and transport laundry baskets from each floor
Sort through linens and tackle any stains so everything looks fresh and clean
Load washers and dryers to keep laundry moving efficiently
Dry, fold, and organize linens so they're ready to go for our housekeeping team
Keep linen closets stocked and ready for the next guest

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Previous hotel laundry experience
Dependability and regular attendance
Ability to interact with guests and co-workers in a courteous and empathetic manner.
Ability to work evenings and weekends
