How you will make an impact The Senior Director, Trade Relations and Corporate Accounts leads the strategy development, leadership, tactical execution, and ultimate management of all aspects of distribution within the GPO's, wholesalers, pharmacy chains, specialty pharmacies and 3PLs. In this role, you will lead all aspects of Channel, Trade & Distribution across our existing US therapeutic areas as well as potential pipeline or business development opportunities, this includes developing trade and hospital contracts to optimize access, crafting and following a strategic plan to optimize sales flow through assigned accounts and ensuring these goals contribute to overall company profitability. The most likely base pay range for this position is $203K - $284K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual's exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
