The Regional Facilities Director is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for managing the Central US Region client relationship and delivering facilities management services in alignment with JLL's managed service agreement. This position leads all facility management operations across multiple states, overseeing a large team structure while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Relationship Management

  • Partner with JLL Account Director and leadership team to develop integrated facility management strategies aligned with client business objectives

  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations

  • Create impactful communications and presentations that advance service delivery through thoughtful analysis and articulate recommendations

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and manage a regional team including 7 Territory Managers, Operations Managers, and Engineering staff

  • Drive a cohesive "ONE team" culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence

  • Establish clear performance objectives and provide regular coaching to elevate team performance

  • Advance diversity and inclusion through strategic talent management, hiring, rotation, and promotion

  • Cultivate high employee satisfaction and engagement throughout the regional organization

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee facilities management services across TX (including client HQ), OK, AK, KS, MO, IA, NE, SD/ND, and MN

  • Ensure operations meet or exceed client KPIs through effective work order management in Corrigo

  • Manage regional third-party supplier relationships while supporting Territory Managers with local vendor partnerships

  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and national requirements as well as client-specific standards

  • Lead data-driven performance management using JLL Tableau, Corrigo, and other reporting tools

  • Ensure 24/7/365 resource availability to support client business operations

Financial Management & Performance

  • Develop and manage annual operations budgets while controlling expenses for staff, overtime, purchasing cards, and vehicles

  • Achieve contractual performance metrics and compensation targets

  • Monitor regional KPIs against account-wide metrics to ensure portfolio management meets goal parameters

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery efficiency

Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience in facility and operations leadership, managing high-performing teams in a service environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

  • Advanced knowledge of workplace experience and facilities management best practices

  • Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation through leading practices

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills at all organizational levels

  • Strong team-building abilities with demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, matrix environment

  • Outstanding communication abilities with executive-ready presentation skills

  • Technical proficiency in CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred), Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools

  • Internal candidates must demonstrate consistent top performance evaluations over the past three years
