Job Summary/Overview

The Aftermarket Project Specialist is responsible for identifying and developing aftermarket sales opportunities through proactive outreach and responsive communication. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers via inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and other platforms to drive growth and ensure satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



    • Source aftermarket sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound calls, email and other sources as available
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and knowledgeable communications
    • Partner and support the Client Services team to contribute to the overall successful customer experience
    • Collaborate with internal teams on more complex technical issues
    • Use CRM software to document each customer interaction to help streamline the customer service process and notice trends to report back to the manager
    • Support Aftermarket growth through quoting spares, competitor belting, and additional parts as needed
    • Provide follow-up for customer quotes
    • Other duties, tasks, and responsibility as assigned

  • Attention to detail. Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all areas involved

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of Customer support experience preferred
