Senior Accounts Payable Associate - T&E

SUMMARY

Mortenson is seeking a dedicated Senior Accounts Payable Associate to support the administration of our T&E policy and audit expense reports for compliance with company policies and IRS regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Lead compliance and support for Mortenson's corporate card programs and Concur Expense solution.
  • Research and resolve complex cardholder inquiries using discretion and judgment to provide the best solutions.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to support the T&E organization.
  • Execute routine processes accurately and efficiently and proactively drive T&E process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendor relations to improve team member experiences.
  • Provide leadership and support within the T&E organization, including training program administrators on new processes and changes within the Concur expense system.
  • Conduct system testing and Concur integration testing for new audit rules and configuration changes.
  • Safeguard employee information and maintain confidentiality in resolving cardholder matters.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong preference for candidates with administrative Concur experience.
  • Positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective collaboration skills with team members and leadership.

The base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $32.45. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
