Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Location(s): San Ramon, CA Top Things: Attention tdetail Strong communication and presentation skills Organizational skills Description The Human Resources Assistant will support the Candidate Care & Operations team which includes Testing Operations, Hiring Hall, Centralized Job Bidding and Talent Operations. The successful candidate will primarily support Testing Operations and will provide support tHiring Hall, Centralized Job Bidding and Talent Operations as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Proctor in person testing at various locations across client territory by supervising and monitoring examinations tensure a fair and secure testing environment Set up of testing stations, including prepping computers and distribution and collection of materials Verifying the identity of test takers, recording attendance, completing reports and managing test related documentation Responding tquestions, resolving conflicts during the test sessions Address inquiries and/ or questions related tCandidate Care & Operations with basic instructions or using established policies, procedures or guidelines. Process electronic and paper records and provide administrative support Other tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years related experience Desired Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention tdetail Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong organizational skills; ability tmanage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in a fast-paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veterans or individuals with disabilities.
