Could you be the VIE Project Digital Adoption and Training Manager we're looking for?

Are you interested in discovering the Project Business Alstom has in North America, do you have an interest in how to improve visual data management in project execution, then this is the role for you.

Your future role

In this role you will have the opportunity to discover the various projects in Alstom, interact with several project directors, understand the business in North America, get an opportunity to use/propose AI tools to improve efficiency in the Business Unit.

We'll look to you for:



  • Centrally collect and analyze the training needs identified by the Alstom Performance System and organize the deployment (learning coordination) within the project team
  • Collaborate with the Human resources team to ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) to support in reporting, session creation, registrations, and cancellations.
  • Ensure training records and certifications are maintained and up to date in the tools and each project team has a record of the project core team training level
  • Evaluate effectiveness of learning initiatives, not limited to training. Recommend and implement improvements by working with the various project director
  • Regular (weekly to monthly) reports on learning activity, employee competency, training effectiveness, and related topics to support the Project Directors
  • Coordinate nominations and enrolments for certifications and programs. Ensure the business is well represented and work to ensure future candidates' eligibility.
  • Understand and deploy the digital Adoption requirements in project.
  • Monitor the digital adoption rate within the complete project portfolio and provide status on a monthly basis
  • Monitor the business unit Improvement plan and progress status with various stakeholders.



Performance measurements



  • Performance measurements:
  • Visibility on training status per project. Implementation of a target plan and follow up of the plan
  • Organizational achievements (training hours, certifications, compliance)
  • Consolidation of various KPI of the business unit into Dashboard
  • Visual Management of the Digital Adoption rate within the Business unit

  • Bachelor's degree (a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is desirable)
  • Experience in a professional setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage data effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Power BI
  • Interest in AI tools and their application in the workplace
  • Multicultural sensitivity and the ability to foster open dialogue
  • Proactivity and reactivity to handle dynamic and evolving requirements
  • Fluency in the English language
