Now Hiring: RNs with Home Care Experience 6-Month Assignment - Flexible Hours - No On-Call Henry Ford Health, one of the nation's most comprehensive and respected healthcare systems, is seeking Registered Nurses with home care experience for a 6-month assignment in the Tri-County area (Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb). We have immediate needs at several office branches supporting our Home Health program-and we'd love to hear from you! What We Offer: Flexible scheduling: Minimum of 24 hours per week No on-call duties Only one weekend per month required Serve the community where you live and work One-on-one patient care in a supportive environment Opportunities to grow and learn in a collaborative setting What You'll Do: Provide direct patient care in the home under the supervision of a nursing supervisor Assess and coordinate care needs with other health disciplines (PT, OT, Nutrition, Social Work, etc.) Deliver compassionate, comprehensive care as part of an integrated home health team RN license (State of Michigan) and current BLS certification At least 2 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience Recent Home Care experience strongly preferred Ability to float outside of home care if needed Reliable transportation, valid MI driver's license, and comfort with electronic documentation Additional Information Organization: Community Care Services Department: HHC RN - Southfield Shift: Day Job Union Code: Not Applicable
