The Salvation Army Mission Statement: A. BASIC PURPOS EThe Food Services Aid is to assist the Food Services Coordinator. Helping supervise and oversee all aspects and operations of the Tracy Shelter kitchen and dining hall. Under the direction of the Shelter Director, the Food Services Coordinator ensures proper nutrition and food quality, and that all health and safety standards are met. B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES C. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS E. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
