Manager, IKC Program Management (Innovation)

Join DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team, our value-based care organization, and play a critical role in driving strategic growth across the Medicare Advantage (MA) portfolio. As a Manager of Program Management & Innovation, you'll lead high-impact projects that expand IKC's reach and retention efforts through market strategy, pilot execution and cross-functional program delivery. You'll partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to test new capabilities that remove barriers to access and improve patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Design

  • Support strategic planning efforts to drive MA growth and retention across C-SNP, D-SNP and general MA plans

  • Help translate market opportunities, regulatory shifts and patient needs into actionable initiatives

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, develop and prioritize innovation pilots

  • Conduct market research and performance analyses to support business case development

Pilot Execution & Operations

  • Lead elements of the day-to-day operations for high-priority pilots across MA growth and retention-develop processes, timelines, KPIs and dashboards

  • Partner with analytics, product, compliance, legal and clinical operations to ensure successful pilot launches and performance tracking

  • Document and communicate results, insights and scalability recommendations

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact pilot success

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Support coordination with health plans, helping to implement and monitor new growth and retention models

  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams across legal, compliance, and field operations to ensure alignment

  • Help design and operationalize new patient engagement strategies with community-based organizations, where applicable

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare strategy consulting, managed care, or operations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Experience working in or with Medicare Advantage, value-based care or health plans strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams

  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution

  • Strong communication skills-able to synthesize and present information clearly to various audiences

  • Strong attention to detail, time management and ownership mindset

  • Travel requirement up to 25% and potential to directly supervisor others
