Pay: $39.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Overview
The Talent Operations team is the heartbeat of our People and Places function, responsible for building global, scalable tools, systems, processes, and dashboards that support our employees at every stage of their employee journey. We are helping transform the way that the People and Places Team delivers service to employees. As a Project Coordinator, you will partner with Talent Operations leaders and process analysts to support projects.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Project Coordination and Support: Actively participate in the execution of tactical components within Talent Operations projects. Provide support to Process Analysts in their collaborative efforts with the People Products team. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes.
- Meeting Management: Organize and manage meeting schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity. Coordinate attendees, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items to ensure that meetings are focused, productive, and contribute to project momentum.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed tactical project plans in conjunction with project leads. Outline tasks, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and identify necessary resources.
- Timeline and Deliverable Tracking: Proactively monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure the team remains on track. Track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to address delays. Consistent communication will be essential to keep stakeholders informed of project status and to maintain accountability.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in a global environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to establish clear goals, allocate time effectively, and act decisively to move work forward.
- The ability to clarify critical success factors and requirements for tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure the team stays on track.
- Effective communication skills, personalizing messages, anticipating questions, and knowing who to collaborate with to get things done.
- A willingness to contribute to problem-solving constructively and seek clarity when faced with challenges.
- A collaborative and empathetic mindset, proactively developing relationships for mutual support and embracing diversity.
