Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below:
 
   Gauge storage tanks and take meter readings for all products on a daily basisProvide top-tier customer service to commercial and operations customer representativesCalculate and input all product inventories and meter readings into appropriate systemsPerform daily and monthly reconciliation of product inventories and thru-putsPerform facility maintenance on office building, assets, vegetation, as neededPerform the safe loading of petroleum products onto trucks and receive products from pipelinesTravel to various refined products and crude facilities with little notice to effectively assist terminals across the organizationTake product samples as required and perform/log required Quality control testsPerform and log all scheduled maintenance and compliance inspectionsEnsure that all terminal equipment is functioning properly and report failures to supervisorPerform daily walk around inspections to identify potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintainedIssue work permits to contractors performing work at the Terminal. This includes ensuring that pre-job safety meetings, lockout - tag-out, confined space entry, and gas tech monitoring requirements are met for all work performed at the TerminalCorrecting or stopping all unsafe acts or conditions not in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures by any party entering the facilityRemain knowledgeable of, and prepared to enact and coordinate the Emergency Response activities until relieved by supervisor or management personnelCommunicate product outages and equipment downtime to supervisor, customers, and other impacted parties in a prompt fashionRequired Education: 
     High school diploma or GED Minimum Requirements:  
     Effectively communicate with peers and management of various levelsSelf-starter able work with little or no supervisionCarry a pager or cell phone allowing for shift hold over or shift reassignment, as well as call out at all hoursAble to use basic hand tools and operate basic product testing equipmentProficient in mathematics and able to perform all required calculationsProficient with Microsoft SuiteMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and writtenMust have and maintain a valid driver's license for state of residenceAble to notice subtle Color differences in product samplesMust be willing and able to work as a part of team, take direction from supervisor(s), prioritize work schedules, focus attention to details, and follow work rules Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level: 
     Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experienceLevel B requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experienceLevel A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience Working Conditions and Requirements: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
