Description
Our client is seeking a skilled and creative Content Specialist to help refresh and modernize a wide range of sales, marketing, partner, and corporate content. In this temporary, full-time role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including marketers, designers, product managers, and other key stakeholders-to write and refine materials that align with our evolving brand narrative.
From brochures and data sheets to pitch decks and partner assets, you'll be instrumental in transforming complex, technical ideas into clear, compelling, and customer-friendly content. While you won't be responsible for graphic design, you'll work closely with design and product teams to ensure appropriate visuals are paired with each asset. Experience using Figma and Adobe tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Content Development
  • Write and update engaging copy for sales and product collateral, partner communications, and other marketing materials.
  • Translate technical product information into clear, benefit-focused language.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.
Project & Collaboration Support
  • Manage multiple content projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Track tasks and deliverables using tools like Asana.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently, with a proactive mindset.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and strategic input.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within B2B, tech, or government-focused organizations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Asana, SharePoint, and Highspot.
  • Strong editing, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to grasp complex technology concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SEO best practices, content strategy, UX writing, and experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience working in or writing for highly regulated industries such as government, healthcare, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing strategies and content development cycles.
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Understanding of content lifecycle management and digital asset organization.
  • Previous experience using content enablement platforms such as Seismic or Highspot.
