Job Description

Summary:
This role supports both administrative and project management functions. The assistant will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure timely progress toward project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor task progress across project milestones and flag issues proactively
  • Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and manage project calendars
  • Help create and maintain project documentation and grant reporting materials
  • Serve as point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with on-boarding advisory board members and scheduling outreach events
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, events, webinars, and training sessions
  • Other duties as assigned
Shift

Position Type: Part-Time (Grant-funded through August 31, 2026)
Hours: 10 hours per week

Scheduling: This position offers fully remote, on-site, or hybrid scheduling options.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple moving parts in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, Trello, Notion)
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, tech training, or program coordination.
  • A passion for AI and emerging tools.
Anticipated Hiring Range

Up to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
