Ribbon Communications is looking for a highly motivated Treasury professional to join our Treasury team based in Plano, Texas. This position will report directly to the Director of Treasury Manager.

General Overview -

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Treasury Operations of a multinational company. This position will be responsible for global treasury operations including global cash management, foreign exchange, relationship management and other ad hoc projects as required.

Primary Job Duties -

  • Support performance management and succession planning
  • Work with various teams and stakeholders to accomplish objectives
  • Ensure compliance with policies and controls
  • Pro-actively seek out areas to add value
  • Special assignments or tasks assigned by supervisor or management, as determined from time at their discretion.

Global Cash Management

  • Manage Daily Global Cash Operations and Reporting / Short term borrowing/ investments
  • Executing foreign exchange trades
  • 13 week rolling cash forecast
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a 13-week cash forecast and measure accuracy.
  • Administer, maintain, and update treasury management system (Kyriba) to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to carry out cash repatriation strategies while ensuring liquidity in each country.
  • Review, negotiation and implementation of banking products/ services
  • Manage opening/closing of bank accounts and signatory updates
  • Prepare and analyze monthly bank fee analysis reports to properly manage bank costs.
  • Bank account administration
  • Review and implement corresponding policies and procedures including SOX controls
  • Work with key stakeholders to transform financial processes and drive automation

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in finance, accounting or economics. MBA, CPA, CTP or CFA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive Treasury experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and situations, identify critical issues and influence/ lead appropriate actions
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
