Hours & Pay

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM



  • Flexibility required to work until 2:30 AM and weekends as needed for overtime


Pay: $25.00 - $37.00/hour (Based on experience)

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Your Daily Responsibilities



  • Set up and machine raw materials (bar stock, forgings, castings) to OEM print dimensions
  • Operate a wide variety of equipment: manual drills, engine lathes, CNC lathes, mills, VTLs, HBMs, and more
  • Read and interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) from part drawings
  • Understand material hardness, tooling, speeds and feeds, and cutting techniques
  • Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards at all times
  • Collaborate across shifts and departments to maintain production flow
  • Potentially travel for field assignments using in-line machining equipment

What You'll Need to Succeed



  • Experience: 5+ years in machining and fabrication in a manufacturing environment
  • Education: Associate's degree in a mechanical-related field preferred
  • Skills:

    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
    • Strong knowledge of machining fundamentals and shop tools
    • Familiarity with welding processes is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD/CAM software experience preferred
    • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
