Staffmark is hiring an experienced Local Delivery Driver to join a diverse and dynamic team in Fairfield, NJ. Why This Role? Pay: $21 per hour Schedule: Saturday through Monday \| 7:00 AM start \| 10 to 12-hour shifts (depending on route) Employment Type: Long-term, stable position (not temp-to-hire) Dress Code: Casual (closed-toed shoes required), vest provided Work Environment: Sit while driving; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs What You'll Be Doing: Safely operate company vehicles such as cargo vans, sprinter vans, or box trucks to deliver meal kits to customers' homes Accurately and timely complete delivery routes Handle loading and unloading, including lifting packages up to 50 pounds Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and courteous service What We're Looking For: At least 25 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Minimum of 6 months of verifiable delivery driver experience within the last 5 years driving company vehicles (cargo van, sprinter van, box truck, or larger) - This is critical!
