At Staffmark, we are seeking a Senior Court Clerk in Walhalla, SC.

Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or office role
  • Data entry skills
  • Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office



Senior Court Clerk Tasks

Assist the public and attorneys with guardian/conservator/estate issues. Open new case files and prepare necessary documents. Monitor cases and keep them current. Calculate court costs. Create letters, invoices, receipts, etc. Maintain and manage the schedule of appointments. Manage closing documents of case files. Accurately enter data into the computer database. Remain professional and helpful speaking to others in person or via phone.

Pay: $15 per hour

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday
