Senior Content Designer

Job Title: Senior Content/Technical Writer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months (with potential to extend)

Role Overview:

• Focus on writing help center content, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Responsible for both in-product (via WordPress) and out-of-product (via Contentful) content.
• Content is 80% article writing, 20% summarizing/publishing.
• Not a graphic design or video-heavy role - strictly content-focused.

Key Skills Required:

• Technical writing / Copywriting
• Editorial background
• Content planning & strategy
• Experience writing for marketing or marketing software products
• Portfolio must show published content, especially articles or technical documentation
