National Grid is hiringthree Global Onboarding Specialists, two specialists to join our onboarding team in Waltham and one specialist to join our team in Syracuse. The role is hybrid so you can enjoy working from home as well as the office. As a Global Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across National Grid, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This includes coordinating pre-employment activities, overseeing tasks completed by joiners, hiring managers, and other teams, and providing continuous support from Day-1 through to first 30 days of employment. Alongside delivering quality onboarding experience, the role will ensure compliance through completion all necessary pre-employment checks, as well as ensuring all joiners have right-to-work documentation in place. Additionally, the role includes managing outbound global mobility moves for external joiners. Salary $77,000 - $90,000 a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Internal candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
