*Description*
Assist ITSM team with CI definitions and data collection in support of BMC Remedy CMDB and BMC Discovery solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CMDB concepts, ITIL best practices, and BMC Remedy and BMC Discovery functionality. Key Responsibilities: *CMDB Management: Maintain and update the CI data for the CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete data on configuration items (CIs) *Data Integrity: Perform regular data audits, reconciliations, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness. *Discovery and Integration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot BMC Discovery tools, including discovery probes, patterns, and sensors. *Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define and integrate data sources for related CIs into the CMDB. *Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data collection, normalization, and reconciliation within BMC Discovery. *Knowledge Transfer: Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams on best practices. *Skills* CMDB, BMC Remedy, Communication *Top Skills Details* CMDB,BMC Remedy,Communication *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $105.00/hr.
