Seeking candidates who can work independently as the solo IT technician onsite Will work 100% onsite in Olathe KS Must have IT support experience in a manufacturing environment * This person will be in a site lead role and working solo to support this location. * This position will be the main contact for local leadership and business leaders * Experience working in a Manufacturing environment and office environments. * Responsible for coming up with your own projects, (ie. Asset management) and executing the projects. * Responsible for ordering laptops, supplies, handling budgets and day to day business * 2-5 years IT experience * Experience with scanners, printers, mobile devices for the plant + office support with Windows , Excel, etc. * Day to day you handle the high priority issues first, (ie down printer or if network issue - work with other teams (ie. Network, security, etc.). * Handle T2, T3 support tickets * Will be responsible for asset management, refreshes, pc's and shop floor devices , terminals, printers, scanners. * Asset Mgt and tech refreshes handled by a remote team. * Experience with basic android handheld, hardware break fix. * Will need their own steel toe shoes and customer will provide rest of PPE Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
