Description TEMPORARY IT ASSISTANCE WITH KATTEN WINDOWS 11 ROLLOUT - MID-JULY - OCTOBER OR END OF PROJECT Versed in Windows 11, Intune and Entra ID Experienced in imaging building computers Any experience in Windows 11 rollout in other places is a plus Good Communication and Customer Service Skills to interact with users Experience with Microsoft 365 Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc Familiarity With OneDrive and MS Teams Can work independently or with others IT techs Ability to follow written checklist instructions for QC'ing newly built machines Knowledge of how multi-factor authentication works with apps such as RSA Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator Working hours 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 but can be flexible Skills Migration, Windows 10, Windows 11, Support, Desktop, Windows, Project coordination, Troubleshooting Top Skills Details Migration,Windows 10,Windows 11,Support,Desktop Additional Skills & Qualifications Versed in Windows 11, Intune and Entra ID Experienced in imaging building computers Any experience in Windows 11 rollout in other places is a plus Good Communication and Customer Service Skills to interact with users Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
