*Description*
The End User Support Technician provides technical support to staff and affiliated users by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking systems. This role serves as a critical first line of IT support, ensuring users can access and use technology efficiently and securely. Support is provided via phone, email, remote sessions, and in person. Technicians in this role play a key part in maintaining the operational health of systems while offering high-quality service and timely problem resolution to a diverse user base. *Skills* Help desk support, Help desk, Troubleshooting, Desktop, Support, Windows 10, Service desk, Phone support, Ticketing system, Active directory, Office 365 *Top Skills Details* * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (11), Microsoft Office, and standard tools such as Adobe. * Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, antivirus/malware remediation tools, and Citrix environments. * Familiarity with smartphones (iOS/Android), printers, scanners, and document imaging systems. * Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, client/server models). *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred but not required *CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications. *Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) *ITIL Foundation or other service management frameworks. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
