*Description*
-Handling a backlog of 140 IT support tickets, as well as new incoming tickets -Onboarding new hires, such as creating Active Directory user accounts, procuring laptops, and setting up new accounts and group permissions -Working with the ServiceNow ticketing system -Demonstrating working knowledge of Windows file permissions, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 The role is on-site at the Carlsbad, California office The work schedule is a 9-80 schedule (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with every other Friday off), but a more standard 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday schedule is also possible The initial contract duration is a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of the contractor becoming a full-time employee if they perform well *Skills* Help desk support, active directory, Intune, O365 *Top Skills Details* Help desk support,active directory,Intune,O365 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* -see gong *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
