Our client is looking for a tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site support for approximately 175 clients. You'll handle a variety of technical issues, primarily over the phone, using the ConnectWise ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot issues related to printers, network connectivity, Windows 10, and VPNs. * Perform Active Directory tasks (password resets, account unlocks). * Provide on-site support and client visits after training. * Handle server, DHCP/DNS, and light SQL troubleshooting. * Document all support activities thoroughly. * Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
