Summary
Works with users to provide software/application support services. May also work with users to understand clinical and business workflows, document functional requirements, execute test scripts and user acceptance testing.
Essential Functions
-Support and educate users on the use of clinical and complementary applications.
-Help identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.
-Provide high quality service to end users, according to defined service level agreements.
-Run reports as needed.
-Assist with the documentation of business processes.
-Understand user requirements; assist in translating these into functional requirements.
-Assist with executing user acceptance testing plans.
-Participate in team meetings to discuss team and project activities, issues, changes, and communications.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related field required

  • Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Experience

  • Analytics/Systems Development Experience 1-2 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience providing end user support, preferably in a healthcare setting Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document workflows and business processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to learn quickly Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
