As the Director of Aftermarket, you'll drive intelligent pricing, predictive forecasting, and AI-powered ecommerce growth - all while shaping the future of customer experience and channel partner success.You'll work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and innovation, leading a team that leverages machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to unlock profitable growth. If you thrive on turning data into action and innovation into measurable impact, this is your next big move. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead the development of AI-powered forecasting models and analytics dashboards to track, predict, and optimize aftermarket parts demand, pricing, and inventory performance.
  • Define and execute data-driven product and service strategies that increase brand loyalty and customer lifetime value across dealer and distributor networks.
  • Integrate machine learning algorithms into ecommerce platforms for personalized recommendations, automated pricing, and enhanced customer engagement.
  • Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize channel partner performance, and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and Marketing to translate business needs into AI/analytics-based solutions and implement them at scale.
  • Oversee the development of data pipelines, business intelligence reports, and visualization tools to support real-time decision-making.
  • Gather and analyze customer and dealer feedback using natural language processing (NLP) and other AI techniques to inform product innovation.
  • Establish measurable KPIs, track performance with analytics platforms, and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Champion a culture of data literacy and AI adoption across the aftermarket organization, providing training and guidance to internal teams.
  • Present insights, models, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and industry partners at conferences and client engagements.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Analytics/AI) preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in analytics-driven product strategy and AI solution implementation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Python/R).
  • Experience deploying AI in pricing optimization, demand forecasting, ecommerce personalization, or supply chain analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in ecommerce strategy, execution, and platform optimization to support digital sales growth.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change toward data-first decision-making.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business, partner engagements, and industry events.
