The Service Delivery Co-Op will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Delivery team by assisting with various tasks related to support, inventory management, and fulfillment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.


Responsibilities

  • Support Ticket Management:
    • Assist in handling incoming support tickets from customers or internal teams.
    • Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory items (hardware, software licenses, etc.).
    • Assist in tracking stock levels, reordering supplies, and managing inventory databases.
    • Coordinate with team for procurement and delivery of equipment.
  • Fulfillment and Deployment:
    • Prepare and package equipment for deployment (e.g., laptops, peripherals).
    • Assist in gathering items together for shipment to customers.
    • Ensure timely delivery of equipment to end-users.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and update documentation related to processes, procedures, and inventory.
    • Generate reports on ticket resolution, inventory levels, and fulfillment activities.
    • Contribute to process improvement by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members, including IT, facilities, and procurement.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business Administration).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
